A large,and sturdy tawiz pendant, its cylindrical body decorated with beaded wire, the rounded ends with knobs shaped like a flower lotus bud, five significant suspension loops and a magnificent set of dangles. Rajasthan, XIX c.

A large tawiz pendant, the cylindrical body with rounded ends adorned with knobs shaped like lotus buds resting on a rosette, and with now empty sockets where perhaps once were set colored glass stones imitating gems. The pendant is suspended from five exagerately elongates loops, and dangles hang from its bottom. Rajasthan, XIX-XX c.

A tawiz pendant, the elongated body of hexagonal section and tapering, knobbed ends, adorned with applied and chiselled decoration and with empty sockets where probably had once been set colored glass stones imitating gems, with the five suspension loops enriched by flower units and hanging dangles of delicate manufacture. Rajasthan, early XX c. or before.

A tawiz pendant, the ehexagonal body adorned with chiselling and beaded wire, the ends knobbed, six suspension loops and dangles hanging from a punched rod. Gujarat, Rajasthan, early XX c.

A heavy amulet holder pendant of cylinder shape with rounded, knobbed ends, liberally decorated with large applied granules and beaded wire. Still retaining the original suspension element.

An amulet plaque of chagda shape depicting the Tree of Life guarded by two peacocks. The pendant is adorned with applied flowers at the base of the suspension loops and a lotus bud at the bottom, and still retains the original suspension element. Gujarat or Rajasthan, XIX c.

A very fine vishnupada patree, the die-stamped symbol shown under a honorific umbrella inside a mandir suggested by a cusped arch, and flanked by floral offerings. The chagda shaped pendant framed with beaded wire and adorned with applied floral units. Rajasthan, XIX-XX c.
