A sunburst-shaped pendant -- this could be a Surya amulet also, but Hindu would personalize it, the abstract shape is more palatable for muslims. This style is inspired by the kundan way of setting gems fashionable at the Mughals Court. Note the auspicious red painted bindu at the center. North India,Uttar Pradesh?, early XX century
