Shipping: How do you send the purchased goodies?
By Registered Air Mail when not agreed otherwise. Fedex, MRW or other Messenger Services also available.
Yes. I expect the buyer to e-mail the reasons for dissatisfaction with the purchase, then either ask for a refund or select another item. Usually the buyer pays the extra shipping fees and bank expenses if any.
Are you responsible for lost parcels?
No. I advise to insure. By the way, in my experience registered parcels do not get lost.
